In accordance with State Lottery regulations, we must verify that you're physically located in the state before you can order a ticket.
Is Your Location Displaying Incorrectly?
If you believe you’re physically within the state, but see an error suggesting otherwise, follow these steps to improve your device’s location accuracy:

Disable your VPN, proxy, or private network, click
here for more details.

If you're on Wi-Fi, switch to mobile data, or vice versa.

Try a different browser, such as Google Chrome instead of Safari.

Use a different device.
-
If the issue persists, contact our Customer Service Team and provide the following details:

5.1
The action you were trying to perform (e.g., order, deposit, login, registration, etc.).

5.2
The error message received.
-
5.3
Your device, operating system, and browser.
How to Proceed If Your Location Couldn't Be Verified
Did you encounter one of the following error messages?
If so, please reset your browser’s location permissions and ensure your device’s location services are enabled. For detailed steps, follow the instructions based on your browser and operating system.
How to Share Your Location on Mobile Devices
Safari on an iOS Mobile Device
If you're experiencing issues with Safari's location, follow these steps to enable location services:

Open Settings on your mobile device.

Scroll down and tap Privacy & Security → Location Services → ON.

From the dropdown menu that appears, choose Safari Websites.
-
Select "While Using the App" and then toggle "Precise Location" to ON.
-
Open Safari, go back to fl.thelotter.us, and tap on "Confirm" or "Next" to complete your order.

Should this fail to resolve the issue:

6.1 Open Settings.
-
6.2 Tap on General.
-
6.3 Scroll down to Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Location & Privacy → (Enter your device password if required) → Reset Settings.

6.4 Open Chrome, return to fl.thelotter.us, and tap again on “Confirm/Next” to confirm your order.

6.5 Proceed based on instructions in the subsequent pop-ups.
Chrome on iOS Mobile Device

Open Settings on your mobile device.

Scroll down and tap Privacy & Security → Location Services → ON.

Select Chrome from the list.
-
Select the option While Using the App and toggle Precise Location to ON.

Open Chrome, return to fl.thelotter.us, and tap again on Confirm/Next to confirm your order.

Proceed based on the instructions in the subsequent pop-ups.
Chrome on Android Mobile Device

Tap the Options
icon to the left of the address bar.

From the dropdown menu, choose Permissions.

Under the “Permissions section”, tap on Reset permission.

Tap on the Reset button.
-
Return to fl.thelotter.us, and tap again on “Confirm/Next” to confirm the order.

If you're still receiving the following error message -
"Our ability to know your location was blocked":

6.1 Tap on the three dots Menu
icon at the top bar.

6.2 Scroll down and tap on
Settings → Site settings → Location.
-
6.3 In the Blocked section, toggle
Allow on the fl.thelotter.us.

6.4 Return to fl.thelotter.us and tap on
Confirm/Next to confirm the order.

6.5 Proceed based on the instructions in the subsequent pop-ups.
How to Share Your Location on Web Browser
Safari on Mac

Click Safari in the top menu bar.

Select "Settings" (or "Preferences", depending on your version).

Click the "Websites" tab at the top.

Scroll down the sidebar on the left and select "Location”.

Locate fl.thelotter.us and select "Allow" from the dropdown menu.

Close the Settings/Preferences window.

Reload the page , and click on Confirm/Next to validate your order.
Chrome on Windows/Mac

Click the Options icon to the left of the address bar, and then select Site settings from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Permissions under Privacy and security, and scroll down to Location.
-
Select Allow from the dropdown menu to the right.
-
Close the Settings tab and return to fl.thelotter.us.

Reload the page , and click on Confirm/Next to validate your order.
Firefox on Windows/Mac

Click the Location error icon to the left of the address bar.

Under the Permissions section, click on the X icon next to Blocked Temporarily.

Reload the page , and click on Confirm/Next to confirm the order.
Edge on Windows/Mac

Click the Lock icon to the left of the address bar.
-
Click on “Permissions for this site” from the dropdown menu.

Locate the “Location” option, and select “Allow” from the dropdown menu next to it.

Close the Settings tab and return to fl.thelotter.us.

Reload the page , and click on Confirm/Next to confirm the order.
How to Turn Off VPN, Proxy, or a Private Network
In order to verify your location, you must disable VPN, proxy or any private network on your device.
Follow the steps below based on your device:
iPhone/iPad

Open Settings on your device.

Tap on General → VPN.
-
Toggle OFF any active VPN connection.

If you are using Safari, we recommend deactivating iCloud Private Relay to enhance location precision:

4.1 Open Settings.
-
4.2 Tap your name at the top to access Apple ID.
-
4.3 Go to iCloud → Private Relay.
-
4.4 Toggle Private Relay to OFF.
Android
-
Open Settings on your device.
-
Tap on Connections → More connection settings → VPN.

Toggle OFF any active VPN connection.
Mac
-
Click the Apple icon on the top left.
-
Click System Settings → Network → VPN.
-
Toggle OFF any active VPN connection.

If you are using Safari, we recommend deactivating iCloud Private Relay to enhance location precision:

4.1 Click the Apple icon on the top left.
-
4.2 Select System Settings from the dropdown menu.

4.3 Click your name or Apple ID at the top.
-
4.4 Select iCloud from the list of options.
-
4.5 Find Private Relay (Beta) in the iCloud settings and toggle it OFF.

4.6 Confirm your choice.
