There are two ways to order tickets on our website. You can deposit funds into your account before choosing a lottery game to participate in, or during checkout.

Start off by associating a payment method with your account. This is done as part of your full registration on our website when you make your first transaction. Select a payment method from those available and then use it for your ticket orders and/or deposits.

Listed below are the available payment options. Select “Show” in the right hand column for more information about each payment method. Instructions are provided for making deposits, but in general, they are suitable for ticket orders as well.

Deposit using your ACH account and enjoy your favorite lottery games from home.

ACH payments are electronic payments made through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network. ACH payments are simply electronic transfers from one bank account to another.

If you do not yet have an ACH account, you will be prompted to create one in order to order tickets on our website. Our ACH service provider is Global Payments Gaming Services through its VIP Preferred Network.

Please note: Currently you are only able to register one bank account when using ACH as your payment method on the site, and you will not be able to change it later to another account. If you are already registered with ACH, your default account will be used.

To make purchases with ACH you first need to add it to your list of payment methods:

  1. Sign in to your TheLotter FL account and go to My Account.

  2. Go to Payment Details and click the Add button.

  3. Select ACH from the available payment options and list your personal details.

  4. If you are already registered with ACH, you will need to provide a valid identification number (Social Security, driver's license, state ID, military ID, or passport) to connect to your default ACH account.

  5. If are not yet registered with an ACH account, you will be prompted to provide your Social Security number; ID number and expiration date; bank account number; and bank routing number. You will also be asked to agree to the VIP Preferred Terms of Service.

Now you make orders with ACH:

  1. Sign in to your TheLotter FL account.

  2. Choose the lottery draws you want to enter and press ORDER.

  3. Select ACH from your available payment methods.

  4. Click on the orange payment button to confirm the transaction.

  5. You will receive an automatic email notification when your order is complete.

Withdrawal Options

You can withdraw funds from your account with payment methods you have used previously for payments and/or deposits. You cannot withdraw funds in excess of what you deposited with your payment method due to our adherence to anti-money laundering regulations.

To make a withdrawal with a bank transfer, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to 'My Account' and click on Withdraw.

  3. Pick ‘Bank Transfer’ as your preferred payment method.

  4. Fill in your desired withdrawal amount.

  5. You will be asked to upload documents.

  6. Once the relevant documents are confirmed, the status of the bank transfer will change from ‘Pending Verification’ to ‘Pending’ and an automatic mail is sent.

  7. Once approved by the Finance Team, you will be sent an automatic email informing you that the funds are on the way.
